HDPE Granule/Pellets

PP Granule/Pellets

HIPS Granule/Pellets

ABS Granule/Pellets

ABS plastic pellets are thermoplastic and amorphous polymers that are impact resistant. This type of plastic is usually opaque, and consists of three monomers, namely acrylonitrile, butadiene, styrene.

Scrap HDPE Film

HDPE stands for High Density Polyethylene and can be recognized by the crackling character of the film.Polyethylene is made by polymerization of ethylene, a substance extracted from petroleum. HDPE film is made with a catalyst, by a low-pressure process. Because it is produced under low pressure, linear chains with few side branches are created.

Scrap LDPE Film

LDPE is a thermoplastic, which is a type of plastic that can be processed by heating and cooling. LDPE is made by heating petroleum at very high temperatures. The result is ethylene gas which is then cooled and processed into melted polyethylene. After being mixed with additives such as antioxidants and stabilizers, polyethylene is then converted into LDPE resin which is then frozen and cut into pieces.

PVB Scrap

PVB Scrap, also called polyvinylbutyral films, are an extruded mixture of special plasticizer, additives, and PVB resin, forming PVB films with an even thickness.

PET Flakes : Hot/Cold Washed

PET flakes means small fragments of a PET bottle which are broken off from the whole by cutting and crushing operations. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing sustainable polyester filament yarn by recycling post consumer PET flakes using a break-through recycling technology ( perPETual process).
