Recycled Plastic Pellets

HDPE Granule/Pellets

HDPE (High-density polyethylene) is a thermoplastic polymer made from the heating process of petroleum. It is hard, resistant to high temperatures, and can be formed into various objects without losing its strength. HDPE coatings tend to look opaque after processing, and are recyclable.

PP Granule/Pellets

PP plastic is one type of plastic that is widely used to package dry snacks. PP (PolyPropylene) is a material that is commonly used by the public for various purposes. This type of plastic is famous for its flexible and non-toxic material. So, it is definitely very safe for use in packaging food and consumer products.

HIPS Granule/Pellets
HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene), also known as PS (Polystyrene), is an amorphous thermoplastic material, used in lower heat applications. It is categorized as a standard material, and offers ease of processing, high impact strength and rigidity.
ABS Granule/Pellets
ABS plastic pellets are thermoplastic and amorphous polymers that are impact resistant. This type of plastic is usually opaque, and consists of three monomers, namely acrylonitrile, butadiene, styrene.

Plastic Scrap & Flakes

Scrap HDPE Film
HDPE stands for High Density Polyethylene and can be recognized by the crackling character of the film.Polyethylene is made by polymerization of ethylene, a substance extracted from petroleum. HDPE film is made with a catalyst, by a low-pressure process. Because it is produced under low pressure, linear chains with few side branches are created.
Scrap LDPE Film

LDPE is a thermoplastic, which is a type of plastic that can be processed by heating and cooling. LDPE is made by heating petroleum at very high temperatures. The result is ethylene gas which is then cooled and processed into melted polyethylene. After being mixed with additives such as antioxidants and stabilizers, polyethylene is then converted into LDPE resin which is then frozen and cut into pieces.

PVB Scrap

PVB Scrap, also called polyvinylbutyral films, are an extruded mixture of special plasticizer, additives, and PVB resin, forming PVB films with an even thickness.

EVA Scrap

Our offered EVA Film Scrap is supplied by us in various densities and sizes. This product is widely used as a by product in manufacturing EVA Slippers, EVA Sheets, EVA Micro Sheets, EVA Sole Sheets, Banwar Sheets, EVA Compound, Hawai Chappals, and many more types of footwear products to reduce the production cost of the final product.

PET Flakes : Hot/Cold Washed

PET flakes means small fragments of a PET bottle which are broken off from the whole by cutting and crushing operations. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing sustainable polyester filament yarn by recycling post consumer PET flakes using a break-through recycling technology ( perPETual process).
